THE LAND

A 212,000 square meters (2.28 million square
feet) land, located in the Kavarna region,
60 kilometers north of the city of Varna.
Located above Rusalka Resort, 250 meters
from the sea, it has a 180 degrees view to
the Black Sea. As the plot borders a natural
reserve, no buildings can be made in front
of it to block the view; in fact, it is
first line to the sea. The city of Kavarna
is at 3 km from the land; in close distance
are also Saint Nikola village, and Kamen
Brjag, a place famous for its `1st of July
morning` event and Rock music festivals. In
a range of 15 km from the land are 3 golf
courses, several luxurious developments, and
a civil airport in nearby Baltchik.
Regulation procedure is under way.
According to current regulation standards,
the area is intended for vacation resort, or
individual two-store houses, as construction
height is limited to 9 meters.
